- Account information such as your email address, display name, and profile image when you sign in with Google.
- Workspace content such as uploaded media, saved links, source metadata, tags, folders, boards, prompts, and generated images.
- Plan, billing, storage, credit, and feature usage information needed to operate subscriptions and limits.
- Technical information such as device, browser, logs, and request metadata used for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate your account, sync your library, save and retrieve content, provide search and AI features, process billing, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Google sign-in
When you use Google sign-in, Google provides basic profile information needed for authentication. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for authentication, database storage, media storage, billing, analytics, hosting, and AI processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
Your content
Your saved media, links, prompts, and generated outputs remain part of your workspace. You can delete content from the app, and deleted content may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and workspace data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
